I had a really good experience at Plexus Dental studio with Dr. Bhumika.

I initially went there for fillings, as I had cavities in my front teeth caused by an extra tooth attached to my front left tooth. Dr. Bhumika carefully removed the decay and did the fillings very smoothly.
I also had a more complex situation where I needed a tooth extraction. One of my lower left back teeth was impacted inside the gums, and my upper left molar was completely decayed. The extraction was done by a specialist, and the entire process was handled very professionally. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout.
What stood out the most to me was Dr. Bhumika and her staff. During my cavity removal and fillings, they were very patient, calm, and professional. Dr. Bhumika also explained everything clearly and kept me informed about what was happening, which made me feel more comfortable. They didn’t rush anything and took their time to do the treatment properly. It felt more like they were focused on treating me properly rather than just handling me like a customer, which I had experienced at another clinic.
The clinic’s communication and planning are also excellent. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed.

Before this, I had visited another clinic where the communication was poor and I felt more like a customer than a patient. But here, the approach is completely different—they genuinely care about your treatment and overall experience.

Exceptional Experience – Truly Painless Tooth Extraction

I recently visited Plexus Dental studio for a tooth extraction, and I must say my experience was far better than I ever expected. Like most people, I was extremely anxious and nervous before the procedure, but from the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel calm, comfortable, and confident.

The clinic is very clean, well-maintained, and hygienic, which immediately puts you at ease. The staff is extremely polite, patient, and cooperative. They explained every step clearly and ensured I was comfortable at all times.

The dentist and oral surgeon were highly professional, skilled, and compassionate. They took the time to understand my concerns and reassured me continuously. The anesthesia was administered so gently that I barely felt it, and to my surprise, the entire tooth extraction was completely painless and smooth. I did not feel any discomfort during or after the procedure.

What impressed me the most was the calm and caring approach of the dentist and surgeon. They kept checking on me throughout, explained post-procedure care in detail, and ensured I left the clinic feeling relaxed and confident. Even after the extraction, the guidance given for recovery was very clear and helpful.

I recently visited Plexus Dental Studio for a dental clean up, and I must say I had a wonderful experience. The clinic maintains excellent hygiene standards and is equipped with the latest technology.

The staff is very well trained, especially in digital scanning and intraoral photography. I was truly impressed with their systematic protocol of taking before-and-after pictures and doing intraoral scans, even for a simple procedure like cleaning.

I recently visited the clinic with a concern about needing a root canal. During my first appointment, Dr. Esha examined me thoroughly and reassured me that a root canal wasn’t required. My mother recently had severe tooth pain and so it needed immediate root canal treatment. Dr Rudri, explained the detailed treatment procedure thoroughly. How often should I whiten my teeth?
