It’s been almost four months since I got veneers on my front teeth at Plexus, and I’m so sorry for posting this review so late! 😊 Thank you for reminding me—I definitely wanted to share my experience.
Dr. Esha has done a truly fabulous job! The veneers look so natural that no one can even tell I’m wearing them. People keep complimenting me and asking how my teeth look so perfect, but they have no idea that I’m wearing veneers! 😄
I also want to appreciate the entire team at Plexus. Everyone is so well-trained, welcoming, and always ready to help. The cleanliness and attention to detail are amazing. They always make sure you’re comfortable and even offer water, tea, or coffee.
Honestly, I’ve never felt like I was visiting a dental clinic. Plexus feels like a second home, where I’m completely comfortable with all the doctors and staff. ❤️
Thank you so much, Dr. Esha and the entire Plexus team, for making every visit such a wonderful experience. And once again, sorry for the very late review! 😊

I had a really good experience at Plexus Dental studio with Dr. Bhumika.
I initially went there for fillings, as I had cavities in my front teeth caused by an extra tooth attached to my front left tooth. Dr. Bhumika carefully removed the decay and did the fillings very smoothly.
I also had a more complex situation where I needed a tooth extraction. One of my lower left back teeth was impacted inside the gums, and my upper left molar was completely decayed. The extraction was done by a specialist, and the entire process was handled very professionally. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout.
What stood out the most to me was Dr. Bhumika and her staff. During my cavity removal and fillings, they were very patient, calm, and professional. Dr. Bhumika also explained everything clearly and kept me informed about what was happening, which made me feel more comfortable. They didn’t rush anything and took their time to do the treatment properly. It felt more like they were focused on treating me properly rather than just handling me like a customer, which I had experienced at another clinic.
The clinic’s communication and planning are also excellent. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed.
Before this, I had visited another clinic where the communication was poor and I felt more like a customer than a patient. But here, the approach is completely different—they genuinely care about your treatment and overall experience.
I still have a few fillings and deep cavities left, which I’ll be getting treated here soon. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for honest, professional, and patient-focused dental care, and I hope my experience doesn’t change.

Complete Pain-Free Experience
I don’t like going for clean ups because they get painful and uncomfortable. But my experience with Plexus was the complete opposite. I went in for a cleanup and whitening, and it was entirely pain-free from start to finish.
The doctor was incredibly understanding, supportive, and accommodating throughout the process. They took the time to explain every step in detail, which made me feel very comfortable and informed. What I appreciated the most was their honesty as they only recommend treatments when truly necessary and never push anything for the sake of business.
They genuinely care about their patients and prioritize providing honest feedback. Even after my procedure, I was given a detailed guide outlining precautions and what to expect in the following days. On top of that, they followed up with a call after two days to check on my progress, which really shows their commitment to patient care.
Great value for money, highly recommended!

Exceptional Experience – Truly Painless Tooth Extraction
I recently visited Plexus Dental studio for a tooth extraction, and I must say my experience was far better than I ever expected. Like most people, I was extremely anxious and nervous before the procedure, but from the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel calm, comfortable, and confident.
The clinic is very clean, well-maintained, and hygienic, which immediately puts you at ease. The staff is extremely polite, patient, and cooperative. They explained every step clearly and ensured I was comfortable at all times.
The dentist and oral surgeon were highly professional, skilled, and compassionate. They took the time to understand my concerns and reassured me continuously. The anesthesia was administered so gently that I barely felt it, and to my surprise, the entire tooth extraction was completely painless and smooth. I did not feel any discomfort during or after the procedure.
What impressed me the most was the calm and caring approach of the dentist and surgeon. They kept checking on me throughout, explained post-procedure care in detail, and ensured I left the clinic feeling relaxed and confident. Even after the extraction, the guidance given for recovery was very clear and helpful.
Thanks to their expertise and gentle handling, my fear of dental procedures has completely gone away. I am healing very well with minimal pain and no complications.
I would highly recommend this dental studio to anyone who is scared of dental treatments or needs tooth extraction or any dental procedure. If you are looking for painless treatment, cooperative staff, and an excellent dentist and surgeon, this is the right place. Truly grateful for such a positive experience.

I recently visited the clinic with a concern about needing a root canal. During my first appointment, Dr. Esha examined me thoroughly and reassured me that a root canal wasn’t required. She suggested the most optimal solution instead, which really put me at ease. On my second visit, Dr. Rudri handled my cavity removal and filling with great care. Both doctors are highly experienced and excellent at what they do. The staff was also very polite and supportive throughout. Overall, my experience was smooth and satisfying. I’m more than happy with the treatment I received.

I’ve always feared the dentist, until I met Dr. Esha. From the moment I walked in, she transformed that fear into complete comfort. She’s not only incredibly skilled, but also genuinely kind, patient, and attentive. Dr. Esha takes her time, explains everything with care, and makes you feel like more than just a patient. It’s rare to find a dentist who blends precision with compassion so effortlessly. Thanks to her, I no longer avoid dental visits, I actually look forward to them. She’s a true gem and I can’t recommend her highly enough!
