I had a really good experience at Plexus Dental studio with Dr. Bhumika.
I initially went there for fillings, as I had cavities in my front teeth caused by an extra tooth attached to my front left tooth. Dr. Bhumika carefully removed the decay and did the fillings very smoothly.
I also had a more complex situation where I needed a tooth extraction. One of my lower left back teeth was impacted inside the gums, and my upper left molar was completely decayed. The extraction was done by a specialist, and the entire process was handled very professionally. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout.
What stood out the most to me was Dr. Bhumika and her staff. During my cavity removal and fillings, they were very patient, calm, and professional. Dr. Bhumika also explained everything clearly and kept me informed about what was happening, which made me feel more comfortable. They didn’t rush anything and took their time to do the treatment properly. It felt more like they were focused on treating me properly rather than just handling me like a customer, which I had experienced at another clinic.
The clinic’s communication and planning are also excellent. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed.

My mother recently had severe tooth pain and so it needed immediate root canal treatment. Dr Rudri, explained the detailed treatment procedure thoroughly. It took 2 sittings and the treatment was very smooth and painless with lot of care. The entire staff was well trained and polite in managing the treatment. It was surprisingly smooth and painless experience. Right from taking first appointment, initial consultation, to the entire root canal process to fixing of the cap. Dr. Rudri was the one who undertook the treatment. She was extremely patient, precise and detail oriented and undertook the whole treatment in a manner without any pain and discomfort. Absolutely wonderful experience every time I visited Plexus, be it for a root canal, cleaning, or extraction of tooth. Doctors were clear in explaining all aspects of the treatment before, during and after, and this made me comfortable and relaxed. Both doctors and staff were warm and cordial in their manner.

Actually, it’s not one of the best Dental Clinics…… IT IS THE BEST…. Most of us are scared of dentists but, ever since I first visited this clinic, I have actually been super comfortable going for any procedure. Great going Plexus team… All the staff are extremely courteous, clean and always willing to help.
