My experience at Plexus was completely different. From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm, smooth, and reassuring. Every step of the process was clearly explained to me, and I was constantly reassured, which made a huge difference. I had my tooth extracted here, and it was handled with so much care and patience.

Dr. Bhumika and her entire team are incredibly kind, gentle, and understanding. What truly stood out was how they followed up after the procedure—calling to check in on me, asking how I was feeling, and genuinely worrying about my recovery. That level of care meant so much. The reception staff also made everything easy and stress-free.

Overall, it was a genuinely lovely experience, and for the first time, I feel comfortable saying that Dr. Bhumika will be my permanent dentist.

Exceptional Experience – Truly Painless Tooth Extraction

I recently visited Plexus Dental studio for a tooth extraction, and I must say my experience was far better than I ever expected. Like most people, I was extremely anxious and nervous before the procedure, but from the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel calm, comfortable, and confident.

The clinic is very clean, well-maintained, and hygienic, which immediately puts you at ease. The staff is extremely polite, patient, and cooperative. They explained every step clearly and ensured I was comfortable at all times.

The dentist and oral surgeon were highly professional, skilled, and compassionate. They took the time to understand my concerns and reassured me continuously. The anesthesia was administered so gently that I barely felt it, and to my surprise, the entire tooth extraction was completely painless and smooth. I did not feel any discomfort during or after the procedure.

What impressed me the most was the calm and caring approach of the dentist and surgeon. They kept checking on me throughout, explained post-procedure care in detail, and ensured I left the clinic feeling relaxed and confident. Even after the extraction, the guidance given for recovery was very clear and helpful.

Thanks to their expertise and gentle handling, my fear of dental procedures has completely gone away. I am healing very well with minimal pain and no complications.

I would highly recommend this dental studio to anyone who is scared of dental treatments or needs tooth extraction or any dental procedure. I recently visited Plexus Dental Studio for a dental clean up, and I must say I had a wonderful experience. The clinic maintains excellent hygiene standards and is equipped with the latest technology.

The staff is very well trained, especially in digital scanning and intraoral photography. I was truly impressed with their systematic protocol of taking before-and-after pictures and doing intraoral scans, even for a simple procedure like cleaning.
