Dental implants are artificial tooth roots that provide a permanent base for fixed, replacement teeth and give a natural look. Compared to dentures, bridges, and crowns, dental implants are a popular and effective long-term solution for people who suffer from missing teeth, loose teeth, or chronic dental problems.
A two-step procedure involves :
PHASE 1: A minor procedure under local anesthesia where the implant is placed into the bone.
PHASE 2: After a waiting period of about 2-3 months, the implant would have already fused with the bone and is now ready to receive the crown, bridge, or denture.
Contemporary dental implant procedures also include immediate placement of a temporary crown on the same day of implant placement so the patient walks out with teeth ready to use. However, this decision is subject to various factors and is case selective.

What Is Laser Periodontal Treatment?
Laser gum treatment is a non-invasive painless advanced method for disinfecting gums.It involves a special laser unit that is used to clean and sterilize infected areas in the gums while extracting tissues that are badly damaged and cannot heal. This type of treatment may be utilized as a stand-alone procedure or in conjunction with other standard treatments for gum disease.

Problematic wisdom teeth are normally advised extraction. Oral surgeons are specialists who are experts in removal of wisdom teeth with most ease. Most wisdom teeth are removed within a few minutes as they require no major surgical procedure.
Sometimes in a few cases they may require a surgical removal. In those cases, the area will be thoroughly numbed first, and then a tiny incision made to open the gum tissue. If essential, we will remove any bone that is covering the tooth. We will then gently get the tooth out with dental forceps. Some wisdom teeth must be cut into shorter pieces, and stitches may be required. With a skilled surgeon in our team, this procedure is absolutely painless and quick.
It can take about a week to heal from the extraction of an impacted wisdom tooth, depending on your age and the level of impaction. Most of our patients are able to return to work, school, and day-to-day activities on the very next day of the surgical procedure.
